A TV presenter with a Lagos based TV station, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, has sparked controversy with her statement on air alleging that, she cannot allow her husband to bathe her daughter, Due to the fear of possible molestation.
This had sparked up a heated debate on various social media platforms, with Many men reacting, majority of the men do not agree with her on this and had expressed their displeasure with her submission on the subject matter as evidenced in their reactions online.
MURAYO had made the statement during a programme on TVC, where she and her colleagues discussed relationship between father and daughter in the context of rape, though she noted that she made the assertion not because she did not trust her husband.
TVC (television continental) had earlier tweeted her submission thus, “I absolutely trust my husband but I won’t take chances and have him bathe my daughter because whether we like it or not, there is something flying in the air these days that is encouraging imbalance and immoralities. I actually trust my husband but I’m just being careful because people that have experienced this kind of situation also trusted their husbands yet it happened.”
In various reactions, some men noted that they had successfully bathed their daughters at different times while others asked what would happen if the wife is not a home. More so, others challenged her that it is not only women who have authority over who does what. And in One of the opinion she was reminded that women do bathe the sons????.

I love, trust and respect you! It was an error and I’m really sorry! It was not my intention. I love, trust and respect you.You do not deserve all the horrible things people have said about you.”

Official Sex Deal with Another Man's Wife.

WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE REALLY DOING TOGETHER...? . . A boy and girl together brings sparks. Don't argue with me. Call it whatever you like. Besties FWBs Lovers Couples One Night Stands Sex Buddy Whatever... Put a boy and a girl together...sparks fly. Those that can control the sparks come out as saints... Those who can't come out scared. (Not all times tho). My question is simple. What are you guys doing together. You chat all day long, you text each other, you call each other. You are extremely sweet to each other... What are you people really doing together? You go to his house, you cook, you wash, you clean and the many others I have just decided not to write... What are you people really doing together? You give her money, pay her school fees, buy her everything she needs. You know she has a boyfriend, you just love to be around her and also empty your pockets on her... What are you people really doing together? The two of you are in the university, you stay off camp. She couldn't get hostel, so she packed her bags and comes to stay with you. You are like the husband, she is like the wife. When you're coming from class, you buy spaghetti and tin tomatoes, she cooks a good meal for you. You know that you won't marry her. You know... What are you people really doing together? He is a married man. He has a pretty wife and three kids. But, whenever he wants to go for a dinner, he rings you up. To you, you're just having fun and making some money on the side. He spends heavily on you. You console yourself with the fact that you don't sleep with him, you only keep him company. Sweetie, its not your job description to keep him company. Let his wife do that. What are you people really doing together? He is in Final year and you're just in Year one. He's 28 years, you're 17 years. He sleeps with you everyday. Yes, I know it could work, but, baby, the chances are slim. What are you people really doing together? Fellas, define this thing called relationship. There's no joke in love. Ask solid questions: Where are we going with this? What are we really doing together? Who am I to you? Make that call to your boyfriend today. Tell him you have something serious to discus with him. Call that girl and ask her the real questions. Don't shy away. Today, don't do it tomorrow. If its going to end, it's better you end it now...not wait till you've built your life around a fake thing. Don't be a ride along in someone's emotional journey...be the destination. Have a lovely day.

Multiple award winning kid artiste and "Stop Child Cruelty" campaigner, OzzyBee aka Ozzybosco WonderKid has just released his new music single titled CHARLIE DANCE.  It is a sublime Afro HipHop rap produced by the prolific kid artiste and featuring Vector & RuggedMan.  This new  single is use to promote  OzzyBee's  “Stop Child Cruelty” campaign and guess what?  In his own words,"the late boxing Champ icon Muhammad Ali, posited Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them—a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, and they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill”. The kid artist epitomizes all of these.

The "Stop Child Cruelty" campaingner who turned nine (9) in January 2016, has not only churned out a historic rap music for his fans but also featured two of Nigeria’s rap icons, the enigmatic Vector the Viper and the Veteran RuggedMan aka Ruggedy Baba on the song to give his fans and the music industry a classic HipHop experience. Charlie Dance is another exceptional effort from OzzyBee following his previous songs and videos including Smile Again, Tinini Ft. Olamide Baddo, Sweet Mama ft Flavour Ozingo Dance ft  M.I;  Mama Africa; Superstar ft Lamboginny; You Reign ft Midnight Crew amongst others. The song "Charlie Dance" blends HipHop with dance and the video will feature the Charlie dance moves!!!

The energetic Superstar has not stopped to amaze critics as he effectively combine his music career, schooling with his humanitarian pet project called “Stop Child Cruelty” which he is so passionate of.

In view of the fact that Charlie Dance is dedicated to the "Stop Child Cruelty" campaign,  he has effectively utilized the power of music to take the campaign to various schools such as, Great Anchor School, Glob-Tog School, Stel-Dan School and Fluorescent Private Academy where the children and parents readily supported his laudable initiatives while the schools called for partnership with him. He also took the campaign to other top events, which include The City People Entertainment Awards, where the project "Stop Child Cruelty" campaign received massive support and endorsements from people of top echelon in society. He vowed to carry his campaign to streets, schools, market places and indeed all States in Nigeria and beyond, until this wickedness to innocent children are totally eradicated. In his own words “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” to child cruelty.

Creating the ultimate connection with these helpless and less privileged innocent children obviously takes being completely willing and open to be fully felt, heard and seen by the world, the pains and agony that these kids go through on a daily basis. By being vulnerable, totally defenseless, and deeply receptive, as victims of these illicit abuses, OzzyBee via the “Stop Child Cruelty" campaign explores the innermost essence of living which is Love and Care to give the victims of child cruelty an opportunity to experience profound state of intimacy and support from the privileged members of the society using the power of his music  “CHARLIE DANCE” to drive the campaign to both local and global audience.

The CHILD CRUELTY CAMPAIGN PROJECT is basically OzzyBee's passionate intents to explore the power of music for local and global outreach in transforming the lives of CHILD CRUELTY VICTIMS.

AFRICAN ART REVIEW

by patrick Nwabia

Africa’s major obstacle to economic growth lies in poor human capital development though with a combination of the neglects on basic social infrastructures and these in effect reduces economic opportunity and productivity on the part of the citizens. However in spite of these social inequalities there are a few of the citizens who have refused to be discouraged but have dared to make a remarkable difference in their chosen career particularly the entertainment industry. The focus of africanpolitics.eldeotjairay.com/entertainment, as a channel of propagating social action in line with the ideological proposition as a socio-political movement of the African youths inspired by the innate pride in the potentiality and greatness of the African art and the artists themselves, lies in the fact that the African youth remains the today and the future of the continent. This assertion is not an affront on the old and the elder statesmen of the continent rather it’s a timeliest and prompt assessment of the prevailing continental and global-regional psyche opinionated by the prevalent neglect and wrong use of the youth force by the political leaders.
Permit me at this juncture to present to you one of the great talents from the African soil. LEONARD IYARE OBINYAN(aka) LEYA. He is a Nigerian and an indigene of ubiaja in esan south-east Edo state. Born and brought up in Benin City the capital of Edo State. Leya as he is fondly called on stag even though he is just starting out, he has an unusually strong command of his music and has a fully-formed musical identity. He is a musician, a song writer, a drummer and a painter, indeed a true African a great talent of art and an artist of note. Many artists struggle to establish their musical identity, laboriously trying on different musical styles like a piece of clothing, looking to find what fits. But there are others that emerge fully formed, in full command of their craft and art, their identity and their music. Leya fits firmly in the latter category. His new album, his newly recorded single as a solo artist Bgoju-Bgoju in august 2012, is a captivating and moving debut that heralds the arrival of a gifted and significant new talent, one whose music feels familiar in the best possible way, while striking out on its own territory.
An Esan boy who grew up in Benin City, near…….. , Leya played drum as a child in his local church choir new covenant gospel church choir Benin city, but didn’t take music seriously until he met a guy called Raymond. A recording artist who saw his potential skills and talents as at the time, and encouraged him and that was how “he started writing songs in his head, and it took his interest in music to another level. He had to pick the pen and paper so he could cut music to the ideas he heard in his head. In 2007,Leya and his friend Raymond visited Lagos for the first time with their then demo cd, though the experience wasn’t quit desirable, it paved the way for Leya;s meeting with another guy called Ben, who taught and made him a better vocalist. I love the wide-openness of Leya;s life.” As a potentially great and an up-coming artist from the most concentrated black nation in the world. Benin city is the host to one of the very powerful, well respected and globally known monarch with an uncompromising African cultural and traditional heritage. Indeed, “Leya no fit fall our hand” because “Benin no dey carry last”.

With his diversified genre which flows from R&B/soul and Afro-pop, and a combination of his unique style, skills and vocal, I have no doubt that this artist name will certainly grow in a very short distance time in and around Benin, Lagos, Nigeria, Africa and the entire globe.Bgoju-Bgoju, Leya’s current single is expected to be the push to actualize this dream. From the opening notes of “bgoju-bgoju,” his first single, one hears that combination of melodic irresistibility and lyrical incisiveness that certainly will become Leya’s hallmarks.
